Sensory Technologies is a privately held Canadian company enabling a new clinical service model that treats and manages high acuity patients outside of hospitals and within a virtual hospital ward environment, resulting in significantly lower delivery costs, higher capacity to treat patients (both inpatient and outpatient), and improved patient outcomes. ST provides this offering through its proprietary and patented, SaaS based eShift® platform (“eShift”). eShift® is a technological platform linking stationary medical professionals to in-residence registered clinicians, technicians and assistants, who provide enhanced patient care through the use of techonoligically enabled supervised and assisted acts. eShift® diverts high acuity patients from hospital wards by providing hospital level care at patient homes.
